What are the fees associated with Boot Camp?
There are no contracts or gym memberships to pay with Hardbody Fitness Boot Camp. You pay $120.00 a month. (split payments are accepted with a $2.50 service charge;ie $62.50) New: Family Package(spouse or children) $100.00 per family member(when two or more family members signup in the same month)

How do I sign up for Boot Camp?
To reserve your Boot Camp sessions online using your credit card or debit card click on "Contact Us" and request an invoice specifying the session time you would like to attend and the date you will start. Cash or check payments can be made in person at the training location. Please call or email to reserve your session time. Why does Hardbody Fitness Boot Camp work better than your local gym's aerobic class?
While most aerobic classes consist of the same scripted cardiovascular exercises done everyday; Hardbody Fitness gives you a combination of different aerobic exercises (jump roping, cardio boxing, running, plyometric box stepping, etc) to burn fat and combines it with resistance training (push-ups, weight lifting, core strengthening, squats, lunges, etc) for muscle toning. Everyday the workout script is changed at Hardbody Fitness Boot Camp. The constant changing of your workout(muscle confusion) keeps your body continually producing desired results.
Boot Camp Recommedations:
Towel, Water Bottle, Workout Attire(due to the vigorous intensity it is suggested that sports bras be worn two sizes smaller), Long Hair pulled back.
Boot Camp Agreement
You must make full payment on or before the first day of the new session. You must complete and sign the waiver and general client information form prior to participating in the class.
The classes that you purchase are valid only 30 days from payment date. Split payments are valid only for 15 days from payment date. You will not be reimbursed for any missed classes. However, we will make exceptions in certain cases (medical or emergency matters) with proper notice, and you will receive credit toward sessions in the future.
YOU NEED TO MAKE AN EFFORT TO BE ON TIME FOR EACH CLASS. Classes start promptly.
There is NO refund policy once a payment has been processed. We will however, give credit towards future sessions for valid reasons (medical or emergency matters) with proper notice.
Prices are subject to change at any time during the year.
Friends and Family sign-up discounts are available only to new campers or veterans who bring a new friend or family member to sign up for class. Veterans re-signing for classes together are not eligible to receive the discount again.
