Hardbody Fitness Boot Camps are base on H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) A HIIT session involves 30 seconds all-out effort followed by 30 seconds to 2 minutes of casual effort. The all-out effort or sprint is called the work interval, and the casual effort is called the recovery or rest interval. The work/rest pairing is called a cycle. Because the workouts are intensity based, they are suitable for everyone from the beginner to the most advanced athlete.
