Eating For Health

 

Whether you're just getting started with your exercise program or you've been at it for weeks, nutrition plays a major role in the results you achieve.  Without the proper nutrition your body will not attain it's maximum potential.  Eating right will not only help you get the body you want, but will extend your life and enhance your mental awareness. 

 

Furthermore, the proper nutrition will spike your energy level and stamina.  The following meal plan and grocery list will get you pointed in the right direction.  When you're ready to step up progress, we have more advanced meal plans for rapid weight loss or gaining size.


Grocery List


Before you can get started using your meal plan you may need to do some grocery shopping.  The following is a list to help you shop for the items you will need to attain the body you want.

Meal Schedule


Now that you've got the healthy food, it's time to jump start your metabolism by eating several small meals per day. Keep in mind you should be eating approx. every 3 hours.
