Here's proof that you can make time to exercise and eat right even with a busy schedule.  Bonnie is a single mother of one who found the time to exercise,  raise her daughter, and work a full time job all while attending Our Lady of the Lake University as a full time student.  Now that's one busy woman.  Never the less she made it all come together.  Bonnie's before picture was take 10 weeks prior to  her figure competition.
